Accessibility
Last updated November 5, 2026
We want everyone to be able to use Futavel, including people with disabilities.
What we aim for
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA on futavel.com, in the web app and in the iPhone and iPad app. We aren’t there everywhere yet, and no outside company has audited Futavel.
What we do
Buttons, fields and pictures are labeled for screen readers like VoiceOver.
The website and the web app can be used with a keyboard, with a visible outline showing where you are.
We check color contrast in every look, and we test pages with automated accessibility tools.
Futavel follows your device’s settings for less motion and less transparency.
Anything you can drag also has a button. A complaint sign’s code can be typed in as well as scanned.
What we know isn’t perfect yet
Automated tools can’t find everything, and some small controls are smaller than we’d like.
Screens in languages other than English and Spanish may still show some English.
If something doesn’t work for you
Email support@futavel.com with “Accessibility” in the subject, or write to Moises Paz, doing business as Futavel, 1724 Wirt Rd, Houston, TX 77055. Tell us what you were trying to do and what you use, like a screen reader or a keyboard. We aim to answer within two business days, and we’ll work with you to fix it or find another way to get it done.
